Application: 

It is widely used to bend hard plastic sheet, including but not limited to acrylic (organic, PMMA), PC, PVC, PETG, PP, ABS etc. V-shaped angle bending range is 0-180°. Max. circular arc diameter is 30mm. It is a necessary equipment for AD sign products making industry. Proper for sample making and mass production.

Technical Feature and Advantage:
1) Comparing with other model, this model is equipped with 3pcs of parallel heating elements, so its heating area is larger. Besides V-shape angle in range of 0-180°, through special mould we made, it also can bend small circular arc (max. diameter 30mm).

2) Digital controlled, easy, convenient and safe operation.

3) 2 working modes for selecting freely. Manual working mode for your testing the 1st piece of plate and record exact heating time. For next same pieces, you can use Automatic working mode, the machine will bent automatically when time is up to the value we set in advance, save labor cost and high working efficiency.

4)It is equipped with Angle Meter, the bending angle can be adjusted and set accurately.
5) The working voltage is adjustable according to material different thickness and melting characterisitics, so the mateiral can be heated and softened evenly.
6) Non-contact infrared heating mode, fast heating and no burnt.
7) Cooled by water. It will alarm automatically when water temperature is over 50℃.
8) Electricity leakage protective device is equipped, combined with earth wire, double safe guaranty.
9) Max. bending length is 3050mm.
