•Technical Feature
1. Suitable for hot melt butt welding of PE /PP / PB /PVC /PVDF /HDPE etc plastic pipes of 63, 75, 90, 110, 125, 140 and 160 mm.
2. It consists of a fixture frame, a heating plate, a milling machine (and its basket).
3. Reasonable engineering mechanics design makes the welding work more convenient and flexible.
4. If the ferrule gland is fixed on one side, the flipping structure makes the welding process shorter and more effective.
5. The locking mechanism prevents external forces from being applied during welding.
6. The welding pressure is provided by the crank-driven mechanical mechanism, the transmission is smooth and easy to operate.
