• Application

Heat and bend almost all of hard plastic sheet to V-shaped angle in range of 0-180 degree.

Applied material including but not limited to Acrylic, Perspex, PP, PETG, PVC etc, as long as it can be heated and softened, but except PC material.

1. It is equiped with 4pcs of parallel heating wires. More or less wires can be customized according to buyer’s exact requirement.

2. Width between wires is adjustable.

3. Every wire is controlled by an individual voltage regulator. Single wire or multiple wires working are all available.

4. Cooled by water. Water chiller is optional.

5. Back stopper to help you to position heating line efficiently.
