• Production Working Principle
Multi-function oxy-hydrogen welding machine takes water as main consumable material. Water mixed with potassium hydroxide (KOH) is electrolytic to generate the mixed Hydrogen and Oxygen gas.
Hydrogen as fuel, oxygen as combustion-supporting.
Flame temperature is up to 2800℃。The product after gas combustion is water vapor, non-toxic and does not pollute the environment.

• FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q. What should we prepare for the machine?
A: 1) Power supply. Single phase AC220V +/- 10% or AC110V+/-10%, or DC12V / 24V.
2) Water. Distilled water, or pure water, or tap water.
3) KOH (potassium hydroxide) chemical powder. If the machine is shipped to you by sea, KOH chemical powder will be enclosed in the package.
4) Alcohol. You can use laboratory alcohol, industrial alcohol, drinking alcohol, medical alcohol but alcohol concentration should be more than 75%.
Except the above items, other are all enclosed in the machine package.

Q. How to make electrolytic solution?
A: Mix 1000g potassium hydroxide in 7000ml water. Stir them until it is dissolved completely.

Q. What is the normal AMP value?
A: When the machine works, the normal AMP value is approximately 10A.
If you find the value is lower than 10A, please check if the solution strength is enough according to 1000g KOH : 7000ml water.
If solution strength is enough, please empty solution tank and wash it by clean water completely. Then fill new solution in it.
Q. Besides KOH (potassium hydroxide), may I use other chemical powder or salt?
A: Absolutely NO!!! Just KOH (potassium hydroxide) is allowed for the machine. Any other chemical powder or salt will destroy the machine.
Q. When I receive the machine, I find it does not work, what’s wrong with it?
A: 1) Please check if you have added chemical powder as required.
2) What kind of chemical powder are you using? Is it KOH (potassium hydroxide)?
3) Please check if electrolytic solution strength is enough as per 1000g KOH : 7000ml water.
Q. When liquid level declines, should I make new solution to replenish in the machine?
A: No need. When liquid level declines, you just need to replenish water in machine until level up to Normal Water Line. No need to add chemical powder.
Only for the 1st time to use the machine, or change new electrolytic solution, potassium hydroxide must be added.
Q. What cause red or yellow flame color? And how to solve this problem?
A:
Reason 1: Exceeded electrolytic solution is filled in.
Solution: You just need to pour extra electrolytic solution and make it in the range of normal water line, the problem will be solved.
Reason 2: Water vapor gas hose.
Solution: Remove water vapor from gas hose, or change a new gas hose.
Reason 3: Dirty nozzle.
Solution: Stab the hole of nozzle with needle and clean out dirty things.
Reason 4: Dirty electrolytic cells.
Solution: Empty the cells completely, then clean the cells with clean water for several times until it is clean. Then make new electrolytic solution with 1000g KOH and 7000ml water and fill in machine cells.
Q: What cause little gas output? And how to solve this problem?
A:
Reason 1: Low ampere value.
Solution: Make new electrolytic solution with correct proportion of 1000g KOH to 7000ml water. Then confirm every cell’s ampere value is normal 12A.
Reason 2: Gas Leakage.
Solution: Turn off flame torch and power on machine, then smear soap liquid on every connection parts to find out leakage point, then maintain it.
Reason 3: Jammed gas flow
Solution: Loosen the small pipe inside the filter cup. Maintain the flashback arrestor or flame torch.
Q: What cause flashback? And how to solve this problem?
Reason 1: Gas leakage.
Solution: Turn off flame torch, power on the machine, smear soap liquid on every connecting joints of the machine to find leakage point and maintain it.
Reason 2: Flashback arrestor is broken down.
Solution: Maintain flashback arrestor or change a new one.
Q. What material is the electrolysis chamber made of?
A: It is made of 316# stainless steel.
