• Production Working Principle
Mix a little of potassium hydroxide (KOH) to water. The mixed solution is electrolytic and generator hydrogen and oxygen. Oxygen is separated by the latest membrane separation technology, so hydrogen purity is up to 99.999%.

Q. What should we prepare for the machine?
A: 1) Power supply. Single phase AC220V +/- 10% or AC110V+/-10%, or DC12V / 24V.
2) Distilled water.
3) KOH (potassium hydroxide) chemical powder. If the machine is shipped to you by sea, KOH chemical powder will be enclosed in the package.
Q. How to make electrolytic solution?
A: Mix 160g potassium hydroxide in 1400ml distilled water. Stir them until it is dissolved completely. After the electrolytic solution is cool, fill it in the electrolytic cell, then fill distilled water to “H” position marked on the liquid level indicator. The capacity of electrolytic cell is 1600ml.

Q. When solution is electrolytic, will KOH be consumed?
A: No. Just distilled water is consumed. So when liquid is declines, you just need to add distilled water in the electrolytic cell.
Q. Besides KOH (potassium hydroxide), may I use other chemical powder or salt?
A: Absolutely NO!!! Just KOH (potassium hydroxide) is allowed for the machine. Any other chemical powder or salt will destroy the machine.
