The machine is mainly used to polish plastic plates, including but not limited to plexiglass, acrylic, organic glass, PMMA, PETG, PE etc. After polished by the machine, the material cutting surface roughness RA ≤20nm, tansparency ≥92%, no discoloring, especially perfect as light guide plate. It is a necessary equipment to produce acrylic crafts, display shelf, exhibition showcase products, LGP (Light Guide Plate) etc.

3. Technical Feature:

1) Main accessories of the machine are imported from South Korea, including LS brand inverters, LS brand LCD touch screen, some parts are made in Taiwan, all of them are well-known brands in the world.

2) Horizontal type machine, clamp and fix material more conveniently, cutting is visible, comparing with vertical type machine, its working efficieny is much higher.

3) The machine is controlled by PLC program. Processing parameter can be set and adjusted according to material hardness and thickness. Easy and smart operation.                      

4) Polishing angle is adjustable in range of 0-60°, it can polish straight edge and tilt edge, more practical.

5)The cutting plate is equipped with high precision dial gauge, helpful to adjust cutters and achieve  perfect polishing finish.

6)Groups of clamping system, each group is controlled by 2 cylinders. The clamps can work together or individually according to material exact size. The clamp feet are sticked with anti-skidding and antiwear silicon material.

7) The two ends of worktable are open, can load unlimited long plastic plates.
