• Production Working Principle

The machine takes water as main consumable material. Water is electrolyzed to generate Hydrogen and Oxygen. Hydrogen as fuel, oxygen as combustion-supporting.

Flame temperature is up to 2800℃。The product after gas combustion is water vapor, non-toxic and does not pollute the environment.

●Technical Feature

1）The machine is equipped with all necessary accessories. After you receive it, just fill water and connect it to you local power supply. No need air-compressor or high-pressure gas container, safe storage, no explosion danger.

2）After burning, just vapor comes out, no poison. The surface treated is quite clean, no residue left.

3）Strong structure, long working life, durable, easy maintenance.

4）The machine is equipped with safe device such as anti back-fire arrestor, filtering tank, pressure control switch etc, so it is safe and reliable.

• Configuration

1）SCM technology, multiple teams control program, to meet various demand for different gas generation rate, LCD screen indicate.

2）BT-200HHO is equipped with 2teams of electrolysis tanks, BT-300HH 3teams, BT-400HHO 4teams and BT-600HHO 6teams. They work automatically according to different gas generation demand. The 6 linkage electric tanks gauge gas generation automatically, control every tank to work or off intelligently, save energy and electronic.

3）LCD digital display, gas generation is adjustable automatically, save energy and electric power.

4）Humanization design, large gas generation, even if solution level decline, gas generation will not be lowed.

5）Liquid level indicates evidently and accurately. When liquid level declines, just need to add water, so easy!

6）New style flame torch for welding specially, flame size is adjustable smartly, super sealed. Various tips with different inner diameter for your selecting and replacing according to exact demand.

7）Multiple anti back-fire device are built in the machine. High precision anti back-fire arrestor is equipped outside, so safe!

8）Low energy consumption, high gas generation. Comparing with the machine with same power from other supplier, our machine gas generation is 30% more than them.

● Main Application

The machine is widely use to jewelry making, motor making, advertising industry, dental and optic lab etc. To weld casting, color metal and other metal etc. Melt and weld electron, motor, jewelry, glass, quartz, wax mould, dental mould and special material, as well as enameled wire, annealing, quenching, dental processing, seal injection bottles, woodworking surface treatment etc.

• FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q. What should we prepare for the machine?

A: 1) Power supply. Single phase AC220V +/- 10% or AC110V+/-10%, or DC12V / 24V.

2) Water. Distilled water, or pure water, or tap water.

3) KOH (potassium hydroxide) chemical powder, sodium hydroxide. If the machine is shipped to you by sea, KOH chemical powder will be enclosed in the package.

4) Alcohol. You can use laboratory alcohol, industrial alcohol, drinking alcohol, medical alcohol but alcohol concentration should be more than 75%.

Except the above items, other are all enclosed in the machine package.

Q. How to make solution?

A: Mix 750g chemical powder in 2500ml water. Stir them until it is dissolved completely.

Q. What is the  normal AMP value?

A: When the machine works, the normal AMP value is approximately 10A.

If you find the value is lower than 10A, please check if the solution strength is enough according to 750g KOH : 2500ml water.

If solution strength is enough, please empty solution tank and wash it by clean water completely. Then fill new solution in it.

Q. Besides KOH (potassium hydroxide), may I use other chemical powder or salt? 

A: Absolutely NO!!!  Just KOH (potassium hydroxide) is workable for the machine. Any other chemical powder or salt will destroy the machine.

Q. When I receive the machine, I find it does not work, what’s wrong with it?

A: 1) Please check if you have added chemical powder as required.

2) What kind of chemical powder are you using? Is it KOH (potassium hydroxide)?

3) Please check if solution strength is enough as per 750g : 2500ml.

Q. When liquid level declines, should I make new solution to replenish in the machine?

A: No need. When liquid level declines, you just need to replenish water in machine until level up to Normal Water Line. No need to add chemical powder.
