The situations that cause HHO Generator flashback and the corresponding solutions:

Situation One. Flashback is caused by the machine or flame torch leaking.

Solution: Turn off the flame torch, then turn the machine on. Apply soapy water to every connector of the machine, the gas hose, the flame torch, and the flashback arrestor, check the leak points then perform repairs accordingly.

Situation Two. Flashback is caused by the failure of anti-backfire device.

Solution: Replace the flashback arrestor or the damper built-in the flame torch. 

Situation Three. Flashback is caused that there is water in the pipe or flame torch.

Solution: Clean the moisture in the hose or the torch. 

Situation Four. Flashback is caused by improper operation. E.g.

1) Forget to install flame nozzle.

Solution: Install nozzle on flame torch.

2) Enlarge the nozzle hole by yourself.

Solution: Use the proper nozzle for the relevant machine as we suggested.

3) Use multiple flame torches with large size nozzles.

Solution: Use correct flame torch and nozzles as we suggested.
